Making Music.

I have been in the studio for the past four days working on The New Congress new album.

Should be out around August/September. Be on the look out! Its Sounding really good!

While in the studio we do a lot of music making and You Tube video watching.

This by far is a fav......keep with it to the end. Its gets funnier as it goes on.

After throwing back some wine and some late night pizza @ my fav local "dive bar" AL's.

Tuesday morning I was awoken by a grumbling stomach. not to unusual after a night of drinking.

went to the can handled my business and got back in bed. About ten minutes later my throat was feeling kinda funny and tight. then it hit me. i thought to myself........

"I think I'm going to throw up!?"

Hop up and make my way to the bathroom...one gag....two and just before I could get all the way down to the can....Splaughboooom!

The rest of Tuesday was spent back, back, back and forth. I felt like Aliyah.  Besides puking and poo I think the worst part was the muscle aches and not being able to find a comfy position for more then a few minutes.

Finally when i was ready to eat on Thursday my craving was fried rice. YUMMY!

I love this stuff!

A case of the mondays.....?

Not really. Since I work weekends Mondays are usually a day to chill and relax.....prolly make some food. I love Asian food and I love cooking. Cooking comes from my Mom. She is the 2000 version of Betty Crocker. Always trying something new or putting a new twist on something old.

She holds a "family" dinner every Sunday. I regret missing them. I usually make most of them. sometimes schedules do not permit. 

Tip: next time your @ a Asian market look for this to help you make the best Chicken Satay!

Get yourself a pound of chicken, wooden skewers and a can of coconut milk(for the peanut sauce). I recommend grilling them. You will not be disappointed! I never have.
